In pursuit of a more intuitive and efficient ticketing tool, I embarked on a project fuelled by the founder's vision of stellar customer support. As a UX & UI Designer using Figma, I delved into competitor analysis and tailored a Design System to that end. Through iterative design, I crafted a ticket screen that's not only cleaner but also facilitates productivity. The outcome is a redesigned navigation that anticipates feature expansion and lays the groundwork for future enhancements. This project resonated with me, offering the chance to deeply engage with a product that aligns with my commitment to user-centric design.
